MILAN - Alessandro Nesta talks about transfer market in 'Gazzetta dello Sport':

  'Milan did well to confirm the group. They did their best to sign Stam, if it
   is not possible, we remain like this. With no fears.'

This Milan side are actually as good as the other teams:

  'Next season will be more difficult, but we are ready. This team has won two
   Cups. At present there is nothing to criticize. We can clinch six more
   trophies next season. It is exaggerated to think we can win them all.
   Three of them wil be enough: the Intercontinental Cup, the championship
   and the Champions League. We have all the capabilities to continue to win.'

短髮內接受米體採訪談到米蘭目前為止的轉會動作 ：

  〝球會在維持冠軍班底的行動上很順利。同時他們也很努力要獲得Stam，但是即便他不
    能來，我們也不會受到太大的影響。〞

米蘭像其他球隊一樣優秀：

  〝下賽季將會更加艱難，但是我們已經蓄勢待發。
    我們已經奪下了雙冠王。目前為止，對於球隊我找不到什麼詬病的地方。
    我們可以準備爭取下賽季六項冠軍，也許想拿下全部會有點誇張，
    但是我想如果拿下：豐田盃、聯賽冠軍和歐冠冠軍就足夠了。
    我們絕對有實力來持續我們的王座。〞

MILAN - Sandro Nesta looked back to Milan's success at Manchester, speaking
to 'Gazzetta dello Sport':

  'I had taken only one penalty kick with Italy Under-21 before the experience
   at the Old Trafford. That's why it was fantastic for me to score from the
   spot. However, I did not spend the whole summer thinking back to that moment
   because past is not useful in this sense and we are aware that next season
   it will be more difficult for us to confirm European champions. But we start
   from the pole position, we are the European Champion Clubs' Cup holders.'

 短髮內同時也談到他在曼徹斯特的一些感想：

  〝在決賽踢那個點球之前，我上一個點球已經是在義大利青年隊的時候了。
    這就是為什麼能踢進那個點球隊我來說是多麼美妙的感覺。
    然而，我並沒有花費整個夏天來回想勝利的喜悅，畢竟過一味沉溺過去對於未來
    沒有助益，我們即將面對更激烈的下個賽季，要想蟬連下個賽季的歐冠冠軍會是更
    困難的任務。但是，我們目前擁有竿位起跑的優勢，我們是上屆歐冠冠軍。〞
