MILAN - In 'Il Corriere dello Sport', a number of Rossoneri players
talked about Francesco Totti, starting with Alessandro Nesta who
said: 'Francesco is the most difficult player to mark as he does not have
a fixed position and is not the target man. His strength is his ability to
be the main man, he's an asset to the team. Milan will have to stop him
and not give him space.'
Paolo Maldini and Giuseppe Pancaro then said: 'He is formidable and we
must limit his range of movement. Milan will have to retain the ball.'
Finally, Pippo Inzaghi on the Roma captain, who said: 'Totti is an
extraordinary player who I really rated highly. It will serve Milan well
if we stop him.'
