AMBROSINI: 'Saturday's victory gives us serenity'

MILANELLO - Massimo Ambrosini has answered the questions of the journalists at
the usual club's press conference. The blond midfielders started speaking about
Saturday's victory over Empoli. He said: 'The most positive thing of that game
is that the victory has enabled us to keep again the same clear lead from the
title challengers. This gives us serenity and tranquillity because in this way
we can only focus on ourselves and depend only on our strengths. After the bad
defeat to Deportivo it was important to win, we managed to do it and we are
happy. Now we have the advantage of fighting just for one objective, of course
we hoped to have some more, but it went like this, we have to draw the positive
sides from it.'

Ambrosini then analysed the bad spell Milan went through when they were
knowcked out from the Champions League. He continued: 'A team, to do their best
, have to be able to count on the top form of every element and for us it was
not like this. However, I think that such a striking defeat could also be
considered a coincidence. The few downs of this season have coincided with two
performances to be forgotten.'

AMBROSINI: 'Little rotation? It might have not changed the situation'

MILANELLO - Massimo Ambrosini could not avoid focusing on the penalty kick
referee Gianluca Paparesta conceded to Milan on Sunday after Jon Dahl Tomasson
had been fouled in the area by Empoli goalkeeper Daniele Balli. The midfielder
said: 'I have heard about favouritism, but I believe that if it had been like
this, Paparesta would have conceded us an earlier penalty kick after a foul on
[Andriy] Shevchenko which, on the contrary, was not signalled. However, we
don't mind about polemics. What we are really sorry for is that after the
defeat at La Coruna someone has underrated Milan's campaign in the league.'

Then Ambrosini confirmed to be on the same wavelength as Shevchenko who thinks
that Milan are born to attack and not to defend. He said: 'I agree with him,
every team have their style. Milan have their system, the same which enabled
us to arrive at this point and which we have to stick to to reach some more
achievements.'

A comment about rotation and the fact that Carlo Ancelotti has not given him
many chances in a delicate moment this season. Ambro said: 'A team that win is
not changed and Ancelotti could trust on those players. The results were good,
if he had changed something, it would have not meant that it would be different
, there is no check.'

AMBROSINI: 'To be at Milan is an achievement itself'

MILANELLO - Massimo Ambrosini then spoke about his personal situation at Milan.
He said: 'The point is always the same, I would like to have more chances to
play but I'm well aware that I'm important for this team. I always try to be
ready at the coach's disposal and I think I've managed to do it so far, I think
I've made my contribution. If I have ever thought of leaving Milan? Of course,
I have. I make no secret that I have gone through some difficult periods this
season, but I have never taken such an important decision. It seems that I say
it because I'm obliged but I just say it honestly. To be at Milan, to be part
of this club is already a more than prestigious achievement itself and I repeat
that what really counts is that when I'm called up I try to help the team.'

Last but not least, Ambro revealed his dream to join Italy for the European
Championships next summer. He said: '[Giovanni] Trapattoni called me up for
the last friendly. I really hope I could travel to Portugal with the Azzurri.
However, should not happen, I will have nothing to reproach myself with.'

賽進行到最後的關鍵階段，安布羅西尼越是能夠踢出高水平。眾望所歸之下，在復活節之
後AC米蘭俱樂部的第一次新聞發佈會也是從安布羅西尼開始的，面對這位一向坦白而耿直
的年輕人，意大利記者們自然是有很多問題要問。

　　新聞發佈會的話題還是從上週末的比賽開始，儘管那場比賽AC米蘭表現平平，終場
前的點球還引起了很多爭議，但安布羅西尼更多地是看到比賽帶來的積極的東西，他說：
「對於這場比賽而言，最積極的東西就是我們最終取得了勝利，這使得我們在奪冠的道路
上繼續保持著優勢，同時這能夠使得我們以更為平靜的心態去面對接下來的比賽，這樣，
沒有心理的影響，接下來的比賽將取決於我們自身的實力。在對拉科魯尼亞的慘敗之後，
我們最需要的就是一場勝利，我們最終得到了想要的結果，並為此而感到高興。接下來，
我們只有一個目標了，我們可以更專注於聯賽冠軍。當然，我們希望得到更多，但是事情
既然已經如此，我們就得從好的方面去想。」

　　對於外界流傳的「裁判袒護豪門」的說法，安布羅西尼並不同意。「關於裁判的爭論
我也聽說了，但我不認為這是主裁判對於AC米蘭的傾向，」安布羅西尼舉出了一個證據，
「如果真是這樣的話，那為什麼就在那之前，對方在禁區內對捨甫琴科的明顯犯規他沒有
吹罰呢？我不想在這樣的事情上有過多的爭論，我唯一感到遺憾的，就是在0-4慘敗給拉
科魯尼亞之後，有人低估了聯賽的艱難程度。」

　　本賽季，安布羅西尼在AC米蘭隊中的位置仍是主力替補，對此他坦誠地透露，自己儘
管也曾經有過離開球隊的想法，但是他是不會因此而做出轉會決定的：「我的情況並沒有
變化，我當然希望能夠更多地得到比賽的機會，我不否認，我的確考慮過轉會，我承認我
曾經渡過艱難的階段，但是最終，我從未做出過這樣的決定。從另一個角度想想，我意識
到我對於這支球隊仍然是很重要的，坦白地講，能夠成為AC米蘭的一員，已經是相當成功
了。我時時刻刻做好上場的準備，聽候主教練的調遣。我要重複一遍，只要球隊需要我幫
助的時候，我會不遺餘力地貢獻自己的力量。」

　　也許在AC米蘭打不上主力會影響他在國家隊的位置，但是相比與米蘭而言，安布羅西
尼把自己在國家隊的個人夢想放在了第二位，他說：「特拉帕托尼在最近的熱身賽中比較
多地把我召入國家隊，我當然真心希望能夠有機會參加歐洲杯的比賽，但是如果最終沒能
如願，我也沒有什麼可抱怨的，生活還要繼續。」(沈飛)
