This morning, Andrea Pirlo trained with the rest of the squad. The team had
an intense session, which included exercises with the ball and athletic work.
Also Massimo Ambrosini went through part of the drills with his teammates.
Milan’s next practice is scheduled for tomorrow morning.

MILANELLO - The Rossoneri were back at Milanello this morning as preparation
for Saturday’s game against Sampdori got underway.

After half an hour of warm-up exercises, the group began doing a series of
sprints on one of the fields of the club’s Sports Centre.

Afterwards, coach Allegri had his men work on ball possession, then the
session finished with a match amongst the squad. The team’s next practice is
scheduled for 11.00 CET tomorrow.

As for individuals, Ambrosini went through the physical-athletic drills with
the rest of the squad before doing ball work separately, Daniela Bonera did
some running, while Filippo Inzaghi worked with the ball.

皮爾洛參與了團隊的全部訓練(雖然最近西多夫很火  但按照一年只能猛幾場的慣例....)

安布跟著全隊做了物理性運動(?)然後獨自做有球訓練

博內拉只能跑跑跑

pippo也做了有球訓練(傳聞對布雷西亞時會復出)
