Yoann Gourcuff is off the injured list and ready to put his
smooth moves at coach Ancelotti’s disposal.

Milan-Aek and Milan-Ascoli are the only two official Rossoneri
games that the former Rennes player has played in up until this
point, but now he is off the injured list and is ready to give his
all for the team. Yoann Gourcuff spoke with Milan Channel ahead of
the team’s afternoon training session.

The young Breton champion hasn’t played since September 20,
Milan-Ascoli, the game when the Rossoneri caught up from the pointy
penalty. Gourcuff was called up for both Livorno and Lens, but the
pain in his rib impeded him from top-level training and from playing.
Then, the focus switched to rehabilitation and recovery. Yoann said:
I am ready to play. The most important improvements I have had
especially in the last few days, when I was able to sustain important
work that could have allowed me to play even against Inter.’

He moved on to speak about Wednesday's game and the derby: ‘I think
I am in the condition to play against Anderlecht. I’m disappointed
about how the derby turned out, but altogether Milan played well and
demonstrated their dignity even in the most difficult moments of the
game. Considering how we dominated Inter at the end, we would have
deserved even a draw.’

Then he drew in to the upcoming clash with Anderlecht: ‘We are very
motivated for the Champions League. The game on Wednesday evening is a
key match for our qualification. We must give everything that we have,
especially to react to this loss. We must play an attacking game. It
will be important to score and to do it as soon as possible.’
