Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has revealed the exact price Real
Madrid paid for Kaka, according to Sky Sport Italia.
The Italian news station claims they spoke with the chief over the telephone
on Tuesday afternoon and Galliani revealed his plans for the club following
Kaka's sale to Los Merengues.
Sky Sport Italia claims Galliani told them that Milan will receive an exact
amount of €67.2 million from the Spanish giants for Kaka. The Brazilian's
sale is now in the past and it's time to move on.
The chief has reassured Milan fans that the money will be spent on finding
Kaka's replacement, and he confirmed reports of a meeting with Edin Dzeko's
father on Saturday evening.
"I was in Sarajevo for Dzeko," said the bald-headed chief.
"We like him a lot. Now we wait for Wolfsburg."
Sky Italia claimed last night that Milan were "very close" to signing Dzeko,
although this morning Goal.com spoke exclusively with the striker's agent,
Irfan Redzepagic, who denied that a concrete deal with the Rossoneri was in
place.
