The sale of Kaka to Real Madrid reportedly balanced the books for AC Milan
and former coach of the club, Arrigo Sacchi, believes that president Silvio
Berlusconi will no longer invest as heavily as he did in the past.
"[Carlo] Ancelotti and Kaka are two major losses, but necessary ones," the
ex-Real Madrid director said in an interview with Sportitalia.
"Berlusconi is no longer willing to shell out mass money for Milan, the club
must move forward on their own accord. In the past, Milan was a leader in
innovation and expertise, now they have bought few players that have been
below par."
Meanwhile, he was asked who else he thought could leave the Rossoneri this
summer, but gave no definite answers.
"[Andrea] Pirlo maybe, but I think [Gennaro] Gattuso will remain."
On the other side of the coin, Milan have reportedly agreed a pre-contract
with Edin Dzeko and are now attempting to negotiate an acceptable deal with
his club, German champions Wolfsburg.

他說安切和卡卡的離去是米蘭的兩大損失,但這麼作卻是必要的;
