INZAGHI: 'The best gift from my team-mates'

MILAN - He was not able to be physically present at the San Siro this
afternoon, but with his heart and his mind it was just like he had been there.
Pippo Inzaghi, in a link-up via telephone, thanks the team-mates and expresses
his satisfaction for a Scudetto that also belongs to him. He said:

'I suffered a great deal today, forced with crutches and in bed. My team-mates
 gave me a great joy, this is the best gift they could give me. A pity I could
 not be there with them to celebrate, but we still have a game at home against
 Brescia and I could join the party as well after these two unforgettable
 seasons. To win three Cups and a title is something unbelievable, all targets
 achieved thenaks to a great group, a great club and a great coach. I'm very
 happy for our fans as well. I'm proud to wear this jersey. I repeat, I just
 regret missing today, but they all were close to me: Adriano Galliani called
 me, Paolo Maldini contacted me from the dressing-room, coach [Carlo]
 Ancelotti. To win this Scudetto gives both him and me even more satisfaction,
 considering how things went at Juventus.'

Now Pippo is just focused on his recovery. He concluded:

'I'll work hard from tomorrow to have the chance to play at least few minutes
 against Brescia and then the European Championship. I'll give it my best shot
 to do this.'

也許，他的人沒有辦法親自到現場，但是他的心卻是與所有的紅黑成員一起在聖西羅迎
接勝利。

PIPPO在賽後的電話連線中感謝所有的隊友並且也為一起分享這座聯賽冠軍感到心滿意足。

「我今天的身體狀況十分的不好，使我不得不呆在床上趴著。
  然而我的隊友為我送上了最好的禮物，這是我收到最棒的禮物。
  很可惜我們有辦法親自在現場和大家一同慶祝，但是，我們還有一場主場比賽對
  BRESCIA，我希望我有機會能夠和大家一起在場上一起慶祝這難忘的兩個賽季。
  要在兩個賽季贏得三各杯和一個聯賽冠軍似乎是很不可思議，而我們做到了。
  這一切都要感謝我們有這樣好的球隊、這樣好的俱樂部和優秀的教練。
  我也很為球迷感到高興，我以身著紅黑球衣為榮。
  我很後悔我們辦法親在在現場和大家一起慶祝，但是所有的隊友並沒有遠離我。
  加里亞尼賽後第一時間就打電話給我，MALDINI在更衣室和我連線。
  還有阿切也第一時刻和我聯繫。
  我想這兩座冠軍對於我和他有著更深刻的意義和更大的成就感，因為我們在JUVE
  有相同不愉快的回憶。」

現在PIPPO全力以赴來進行他的復健。

「我從明天開始一定會用我所有的努力來盡力讓我自己恢復，我希望在BRESCIA的比賽中
  ，我能有幾分鐘上場的機會，還有在歐錦賽中，我能為國家隊效力。
  我會盡全力來完成這些目標。」

這對於PIPPO是一個相當不順心的一年
希望來年，他會有更好的機會。
