FRENCH REFEREE APPOINTED FOR MILAN-INTER
4/4/2005

MILAN - Alain Sars will take charge of the Champions League quarter-finals
first leg between Milan and Inter, scheduled on Wednesday, April 6, at the
San Siro. The French referee will be helped by assistants Arnault and Texier,
fourth man Derrien.

Alain Sars was born on April 30, 1961 in Dombasle. He has never overseen a
Milan game, but has been appointed for Inter on two occasions in the UEFA Cup,
both of which ended in a victory for the Nerazzurri.
