MILAN - Jon Dahl Tomasson, who scored the second goal for Milan from the
kick-spot, said: ’I'm happy for my performance and my goal, but I want to
thank [Manuel] Rui Costa who allowed me to take the penalty, a very kind
gesture of a real champion. Now let's look ahead to the difficult game on

BROCCHI: 'The affection of the fans is important'

MILAN - Cristian Brocchi, once again one of the best for Milan, spoke about
his difficult situation and said: ’To only play a few games is not easy.
When I have a chance, my objective is always to do my best to show that I can
feel like part of this group. For me the affection of the fans is important,
to know that many fans wanted me to be on the pitch. I'm also happy for my
goal, I've been close to scoring for a long time, but have never managed to
experience this satisfaction. The goal has arrived in a special moment for
me, as I need a boost of confidence, and it is fundamental in this sense.'
布洛基感謝球迷對他的支持，雖然出場的機會很少，而要保持很好的狀態困難，

RUI COSTA: 'Only half-happy'

MILAN - Manuel Rui Costa criticised his own performance against Palermo and
said: ’The result was good, but I'm only halfway happy. I din't play that
well, I made a lot of mistakes in an attempt to speed up the play, then I
improved. I admit that I'm lacking the rhythm of the game after the hard work
during the Christmas break. I need to rediscover the freshness in my legs.
The qualification to the next stage is important also for this reason, many
of us need to play in order to always be ready in the crucial moments

ABBIATI: 'Not easy to be always ready'

MILAN - Christian Abbiati has returned to the starting line-up after a long
period. He said: ’It is difficult to only play a few games and always be
ready at the coach's disposal. You always try to overdo and show what your
ability. Fortunately, this evening everything went well. I always try to do
my best, especially in training when I show my effort and my desire to play.
We are satisfied for the result this evening, we really wanted to qualify.'
