THREE Rossoneros played yesterday in the first round of the Euro 2012
qualification matches while others trained and played friendlies.
Italy, after a dissipating World Cup played Estonia. Despite Sergey Zenjov
scored first, New Azzurri captain Andrea Pirlo assisted Antonio Cassano’s
equalizer. Leonardo Bonucci scored too. 1-2 to Italy.

Despite not scoring, Zlatan Ibrahimovic had a decent game when Sweden beat
Hungary 2-0 thanks to Pontus Wernbloom’s brace.

Sokratis Papastathopoulos started alongside Nikos Spiropoulos in Grecce's
defense, but they conceded a goal very fast, scored Alexander Iashvili.
