The Rossoneri have gone through their final training session ahead of tomorrow
’s Serie A match against Sampdoria. As usual in pre-game practices, after
warming up, the team did a series of technical-tactical exercises, followed
by a match amongst the squad. At the end of the session, coach Allegri named
his 20-man squad for the game against the Blucerchiati.
訓練動向:
MILANELLO - Milan were back to Milanello at 16.00 CET today to finish
preparation for tomorrow’s match against Sampdoria with an afternoon
training session.
Today’s practice started with a technical meeting and continued with a
warm-up session, which included some running stretching exercises.
Afterwards, coach Allegri put his men through a series of technical-tactical
drills, with the game against Alberto Cavasin’s team in mind.
The session finished with a match amongst the squad.
As for individuals, Ambrosini, Bonera and Inzaghi worked in the gym before
training separately on the lowered pitch.
At the end of the session, Massimiliano Allegri revealed his squad list for
tomorrow’s game against Sampdoria:
