華人第一張 pop-rock, hip-hop 阿卡貝拉專輯

s k r i t c h

A six-man vocal jam band, skritch makes an impact with every performance
they put up. This prolific group performs with an attitude and energy only
found in the realms of youth, and has earned its place alongside the more
established groups like Shwing!, Akatones and Budak Pantai, since its
formation in early 1999.

Deliberately breaking away from the "shoo-bee-doo-wop" style, which people
tend to link a cappella music with, skritch has pushed the boundaries of
local a cappella by incorporating funky hip-hop dance moves in its
performances, as well as being the creators of Singapore's first ever a
cappella music video, which featured their interpretation of Janet Jackson's
"Doesn't Really Matter".

我是來破聽這張專輯的感想的

其實這一張不是很純粹的阿卡貝啦專輯

其中有些他們團員的創作是用吉他或現代錄音技巧所製成

至於嘻哈的風格並不是很強烈 只能說有一點點節奏藍調與普普的風格

(要聽很嘻哈的人聲團 不妨聽Naturally Seven)

如果有閒錢的可以去買來看看 沒閒錢想買重點專輯這張可以略過

裡面有團員的創作曲 但非嘻哈風 是流行民謠風

詞曲都算還好 不是很驚豔的那一種

總之是一張表現平平的專輯


編曲有一貫新加坡團的特性 花俏 甚而有點雜亂

就這樣囉
