我們有了eXchange這麼好的計劃, 那要如何去替學生和公司配對, 才能增加我們AIESEC在配對的效率呢? AIESEC前幾年都使用一套叫Target Run的方式, 但隨著資訊時代的演變, 我們研發了另一套系統, 稱為Insight

  Since the first days of last month we decided to run sight as our matching system for our exchange forms. Also since this time, new features have been added to the system, like the Manage Forms on the Exchange Tab. With this new function you are able to see very clearly all your forms and if they are matched to who they are matched to. As well the current status of your forms and can access all the information of the company/student that has been match your SN/TN.

  At the beginning of February there were a massive bug fixing which allow us to use Insight almost with out any hassle. Of course as a brand new system there are lots of things that need to be fixed, but these details will be gone as soon as the developers can solve them. I personally believe there will be very good improvements in the next month. We, as part of a global association, need to enter all our forms on Insight and use it as our primary matching system. At the moment there are more than 76
countries entering forms on to the system. There are lots of resources to train on Insight, you can get training notes from
ftp://ftp.aiesec.org/americas/unitedstates/insight/training or you can access the on-line Insight training from AIESEC Canada
