How to Apply?

Application Procedure
Please fill out the attached application form, the questionnaire and send it
back to the following e-mail address:

The date of August15, 2001 is expected to be the application deadline date.
If there is any unavoidable necessity and cannot send back within the deadline,
please inform the coordinator earlier for ensuring of application.

We have the limited number of participant in each discussion table. Therefore,
 we will give the priority to the first who inform us.

Participation Fee
-       US$ 300, as maximum, for an international students (it might be less
than that). The participation fee will include transportation, food and
beverage, materials of discussion and entrance fee during the social days.
However, it will not inculde 2 meals of dinner on 22 and 25 October 2001.

-       US$ 50, the annual fee of ASEAN Law Students' Association, only for
5 member countries, which are Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore and
Thailand.

Essential Information
1.The participation fee will be paid after the arrival of delegates.
2.Important things to remember are attires. Please abide by as the following
introduction:

October 21,2001    Coporate  or Formal & Traditional suit
October 22,2001    Formal suit
October 23,2001    Coperate or Formal
October 24,2001    Casual
October 25,2001    Smart Casual ( Visiting Grand Palace, female must wear a proper skirt and proper shoes.As well as, male must wear a trousers with a proper shoes)

3.Please bring a couple of 1inch photo of you and submit it to the coordinator
 at the day of arrival.
4. We are not responsible for your expense before October 19,2001 and after
October 26,2001.

Announcement

1. In order to construct the best relationship among ALSA member countries,
the program of cultural night was set up for cultivating friendship with the
delegates from all over the world. This year, with the concept of "Amazing
Cultural Night", the amazing cultural and tradition will be shown in differences
ethnic costumes. The delegates might be able to wear the other national
costumes, in order to let us realize the meaning of "Friendship beyond languages
& cultures".
In addition, it would be very pleasantable if delegates from each country will
introduce their local traditional presentation for 15 minutes. Therefore, if
you intend to show us a presentation, please let us know the needed specific
equipment.

2.   In the opening & closing ceremony, delegates from each country will be
introduced and a give speech as representative of your own countries. So please
inform us the name of speakers as soon as possible.

3.   Please be aware that we will not take any responsibility after the ALSC
2001 was over(26 October 2001).
