介紹環境和球員作息
羅馬隊員是住在Irdning附近的Schloss situated Pichlarn旅館
早上八點半起床起床用餐
大約十點集合完畢點開始訓練到下午一點
沖完澡回旅館休息吃午餐
下午五點半再訓練到晚上七點半.....


 16 July 2003 -
 Finally in withdrawal (if one may use the expression)!

 Our hotel "Schloss situated Pichlarn" e' hardly outside the country of
 Irdining. E' a splendid castle defended from which it is enjoyed a
 wonderful panorama. In spite of the programmed alarm clock for hours
 8,30 for the breakfast made up of caffe, latte, youghurt, yield and
 crostata (of the chef of Trigoria Luca), someone not succeeding to sleep
 e' waked up before while qualcun other e' instead has had more difficulty...

 Finished to the breakfast all ready ones for the transport to the field,
 except that one had gotten lost in the secret of the castle. In any case
 the training begins regularly to the 10,00 with all present ones. After
 a general heating the athletic coaches have subordinate to us to the
 athletic tests on the 3000 meters... that hard work.
 First they have been, like the past year Panucci and Tommasi (possible that
 for they the years not child's step never). Partitella to field then reduced

 Finally towards the 13,00, after shower and massages, we can return in hotel
 in order pranzare made up of paste to the bubbled tomato and manzo with mixed
 verdure. Before the resumption of the training someone of we e' gone to rest,
 someone e' gone to read or to play with the playstation. In press conference
 today e' gone Mancini, while Of Augustin and Ajide they were engages to you
 in the interviews of Rome Channel.

 To the 17,30 the resumption of the training that previewed 40 minuteren of
 arena dedicates you to the force program, then all in field where before
 we have made a po of "torello" and then newly "partitella". Finally to the
 19,30 mister Hat has decided to send all to us under the showers!

 Like first day in mountain not there e' badly!!! Supper to the 8,15, then
 there e' only the force in order to take caffe and... all to sleep.

 We hope that tomorrow he is less heavy. Oodnight to all!
