上海大型健康舞蹈中心的主持人王錦勝（又名菲臘），天生嚴重色弱，被迫活在
一個沒有任何色彩的灰色世界當中，加上舊有一段的感情創傷，令他對愛情裹足
不前。菲臘身邊有兩個志同道俠的好友，亞牛和可可。亞牛。身高五呎一。面懵
心精，泠靜沉著得與外型不符。新加坡人、髮型師兼老闆。
一天，當王錦勝正為健康舞蹈中心進行宣傳活動，在街頭表演最流行的功夫舞步
時，他遇上了舞著混進宣傳隊伍中的樂兒。樂兒和王錦勝街頭貼身舞著，兩個素
未謀面的人，跳起舞來竟是異常合拍，雙方互留深刻印象。更奇妙的是，樂兒竟
給王錦勝一種有「顏色」的感覺。一種失去已久的喜悅，像做夢般突然出現。
其後，兩人街頭再遇，王錦勝英雄救美，趕走騷擾樂兒的人。無奈瞬間樂兒又消
失於人群中。
數天後，樂兒找上健身院，邀請王錦勝陪她到蘇州遊玩。樂兒向他透露，她是中
日混血兒，為了逃婚才離開日本到上海。在樂兒遊說下，加上對她有好感，王錦
勝終於答應。於是二人展開了一個歡樂假期。樂兒開朗活潑的性格，令王錦勝無
色彩的世界漸漸變得繽紛；一段浪漫愛情不經不覺萌芽。可惜樂兒要的是一段轟
轟烈烈的情感，木納型的王錦勝，並不是樂兒理想中的男人。在她心目中真正絢
爛的愛情，應有若明治神宮前的櫻花，激烈而無悔。
假期完結後，樂兒決定返回日本完婚。自樂兒走後，王錦勝跌回原先了無生氣的
黑白世界，他想起了樂兒以往提過的明治神宮，決定到日本為自己追求一次真真
正正的愛情……

ENGLISH VERSION
Para Para Sakura
PHILIP, handsome and sentimental, is the resident instructor of a large
dancing studio in Shanghai. Suffering from serious colorblindness from
birth, he is forced to live in a world without color. Moreover, in the
past, every time he courted a woman actively, she left him for another
man. He is therefore hesitant about getting into another relationship.
PHILIP has two close friends in Shanghai, NIAO and HO HO. NIAO’s
appearance - 5 feet tall and clumsy - does not match his cool-headed
character. He is originally from Singapore, and is now a hairsty ist
and owner of a beauty salon.
One day, PHILIP promotes his dancing studio by holding a demonstration
of the latest Para Para dance steps with his instructors and students
at an open square. Coincidentally, YEE masquerades as a member of PHILIP’s
dancing team. One thing leads to another and YEE and PHILIP end up doing
a hot dance together. Remarkably, these two strangers dance like great
partners.
Magically, YEE’s presence gives PHILIP a ’colorful’ feeling, one that
he encounters only in his dreams. The song comes to an end but no sooner
has PHILIP introduced himself than he finds YEE disappearing into the crowd.
Several days later, YEE visits PHILIP at the dancing studio. She tells him
about her family background but skips the part about the marriage. He
confesses her intention of having a good time in Shanghai before returning
to succeed her family business in Japan. The last two encounters have
convinced YEE that PHILIP is a good protector and she wants to hire him as
her tour guide for three weeks. This, naturally, is music to PHILIP’s ears.
YEE’s energy and warmth infect PHILIP and change his outlook on life. The
sensation of feeling colors as people describe them sneaks into his dull
world. More importantly, his confidence in himself is restored. YEE, on the
other hand, learns a lot of dancing techniques around
PHILIP.
The vacation last and YEE is back to Tokyo, PHILIP has fallen back to his
simple and colorless world. PHILIP missed YEE and decided to go to Tokyo to
find YEE.
