=No other boys in his class are better than Tom.

我想請問一下
因為手上的文法書沒有這部份的講解
一、
這個句型是否有比較好的記憶法？
(ex: any other一定接單、all the other一定接複，這種
題目很煩。)
二、
我記得這種類型還會牽扯到什麼範圍的
就是什麼any other還有什麼other
什麼屬於同一個或不同團體
請問這個規則是什麼？是否有較正確又好記的記憶方法
