請問 Where is the library?
It's on/to the east of the city.
我記得用介系詞IN表示在境內~~例如Taipei is in the north of Taiwan.
TO ,ON表示兩者接界,例如Canada is on/to the north of the United States.
TO表示在境外
這題答案是to,為什麼on不可以?
