beef noodles and dumplings的確會變成牛肉麵水餃
如果原意沒有吃牛肉麵水餃的話
就寫成：I don't have any beef noodles and dumplings.
但如果沒有吃牛肉麵和水餃的話
就要寫成：I don't have any beef noodles or dumplings.
希望這樣清楚囉
