[國中] Isn't that Tom? 要回什麼

昨天上家教幫學生檢討考卷的選擇題:

Kate: Isn't that the movie star "Tom Cruise"?
Jenny:______ What's he doing here?
(A) Yes, he is.
(B) No, he is.
(C) Yes, it is.
(D) Yes, it isn't.

學生是選C 因為考卷沒有給解答 所以我當下改是覺得他沒錯

但A似乎也對?

A和C到底要選哪一個呢?
