is 跟 are 其實都可以。因為問這句的人很可能不知道kitchen裡有多少人，若他覺得
裡面是一個人就用is，若覺得有一人以上則會用are，這題沒什麼文法可言，純粹是看
情形而定
: Who 的後面不是要加單數動詞嗎??
who的後面可接is也可接are
: 2. There a television, a desk, a chair, and a bed in my room.
這一題，native speaker會用is，因為一般講話速度很快的，當你講到a sth.的時候
嘴巴自然會很順的講出there's a
這幾個字連在一起念真是超級順的...
因此有時你聽native speaker講話時，還會出現there's a （複數名詞）的情況
不過，也有文法專家認為，there的後面既然有一堆東西，用are應該比較對
所以，這一題其實兩者皆可，看你是要用習慣用法去解釋，還是用文法正確性去解釋
: 3. A: What there in the bag? B: There are some pens and books.
這一題is和are皆可，理由同第一題
: 4. A:
: B: All right, I will.
: A) Be nice to your friends. B) Let's not look at it. C) Don't go, please.
: 答案是A，請問B.C有什麼不同嗎??

: 5. Many roads by landslides when ght typhoon comes.
: A) are cut off B) were cut off
這一題為什麼沒有人質疑題目出錯或答案給錯呢？

既然用現在式，表示的應該是常態，個人認為用上面這一句比較好吧
Many roads will be cut off by landslides when the typhoon comes.
這一句是假設語氣，表示某颱風威力超強，它一來路應該會斷很大...
Many roads were cut off by landslides when the typhoon came.
說明過去某個颱風造成路斷的情形
: 答案給 B，但我覺得A才是答案，因為comes。
