這個說法應該是來自於not only A but also B 和A as well as B的對照
Not only A but also B 強調B的重要性
而A as well as B 強調的是A的重要性
所以動詞就依據所強調的為主
至於either ...or ; neither nor...這一類的不管肯定、疑問一律以接近者為主
