whoever 在文法上為複合關代（因為複合又有關代的功能所以等於 anyone who)
其使用時機在無先行詞的狀態下來引導Ｎ子句。
其他的例子：
what = the things which = all that
whatever = anything that
whosever = anyone whose.....
Ex 1: A person is judged by (what) he does.
2: Return this book to (whosever) name is on it.
