(A)appreciate (中文說"感謝人"~但是切記appreciate解釋為感謝時，這個字後面的受詞不能是"人")
Ex. (X) I appreciated you because you gave me a ride.
--> (V) I really appreciated "your help" in giving me a ride. (感謝你的{幫忙}而不是"人"
(B)正確解答
(C)應該改成 I would appreciate "it" if you "kept" it a secret.
(片語: someone would appreciate it if S + Ved...=>subjunctive mood)
(D)請參考C的解釋
