基本上把關係子句裡面的介系詞移到關代的前面都可以變成關係副詞
常見的關係副詞有why / how /when / where
所以當這一句的belong to的to移到which的前面的時候，
指的又是地方的時候，就可以變成關係副詞 where
有問題可以在問我喔^^
