參考"假設語氣"，用於未來幾乎不可能發生的假設
If + S + were + to V , S + would/could/should/might + VR
ex. If the sun were to rise in the west, I would marry you.
(A)只要你隨時放一滴血，鯊魚都聞得到，所以不用"計畫"（不是重點），所以不適合
(B)(C)的時間點跟意思也都不對
(D)是唯一可以在這裡解釋的
作者認定"put a single drop of blood in an Olympic-size swimming pool"
這件事未來幾乎不可能發生
所以在用假設法If時
採取以上句型
