[高中] 問問 雜誌上 的問題

我看到了兩句雜誌上的句子

有些問題想問問各位

1. The commitment Yahoo! makes to every person who signs up for an account

   is to treat their online activities as confidential, even after their

   death.

   此句的動詞是有兩個嗎? (makes、 is) 不過不太可能ㄚ

   可否幫我重新分析一下句子?

2. The wife found them on a phone her husband claimed to have lost ---

   and no doubt wishes he had.

   hyphen之後的部分意思不大了解，而且為什麼變成要用現在式wishes呢?
