我與我愛的音樂[1]
我是從初中開始聽西洋歌曲的
當時可是瘋的不行
所有壓歲錢都是為了買最新型的隨身聽
覺得沒有音樂
我應該會死掉吧
呵
記得小學六年級左右的時候
感覺國語歌壇 開始有了新一代的流行
有了所謂的"偶像"歌手
當時第一批紅的歌手
有李恕權 聲音沙啞
號稱蚱蜢王子
玉女歌手則有林慧萍 金瑞瑤等
我記得我小學六年級隱隱喜歡的一個女同學喜歡金瑞瑤
我還湊錢買了一捲她的卡帶給她做為生日禮物呢
等我初中的時候(我是初中畢業那年暑假考入小虎隊的)
國語歌壇有王傑 張雨生 裘海正 方文琳 伊能靜等人吧
同時期
我也開始喜歡西洋音樂
可能總覺得西洋歌壇環境比國語歌壇成熟很多
一直以來
我對西洋歌的狂熱
始終多過國語歌很多
初中二年級下學期 我轉了新學校
為了給新學校的老師一個好印象
我常常通宵唸書
那時候陪伴我的
就是我桌子前面的那台卡座式收錄音機
當時台灣也沒現在開放
電台寥寥可數
記得那天半夜三點多了吧
電台裡面傳出主持人的聲音
說要播放一首美國現在當紅女歌手Madonna的歌
是電影主題曲
叫做Live To Tell
那時候的我沒錢買卡帶
歌曲都是在聽廣播的時候錄下來的
當時我抱著好奇的心理也就順手錄下這首歌
這一錄
Madonna就成了我今生最喜愛最關注的藝人
也開啟了我的西洋音樂生涯
當時我的志願 也成了做一個編曲家了
雖然錄音帶裡面的聲音音質並不好
但是一個窮學生哪懂那麼多
只是一遍又一遍聽著
當時情竇未開 人生閱歷淺薄
聽不懂歌手歌詞要傳達的情感
聽的都是音樂
第幾個八拍出現鼓點
幾個小節又會重複一次
聲音到底是在兩點鐘方向出現呢
還是只有左邊耳朵有呢?
有時候編曲一豐富
一堆樂器疊在一起
小朋友可就一時聽不出來啦
直至入選小虎隊進了開麗公司
我都記得我問過一個問題
"幫我們小虎隊編曲的編曲老師聽的出來其他歌曲都用了什麼樂器嗎?"
大人們說
"當然啦!"
我可就佩服的巴不得五體投地呢
忘了說
我當時也就是個歌聲不離口的人
為了能跟著唱
有時候我也會對熱愛的歌曲
不厭其煩的翻字典寫報告
就是為了弄懂歌詞唱什麼
不過英文歌詞有時候弄懂單個字的意思
組裝起來還未必能通順整句歌詞
裡面有許多是俚語或是一些隻可意會的東西
但是身為一個火熱份子
管他三七二十一
背下來再說
在這裡送上前幾天開車時在電台裡聽到的歌"Ordinary People/平凡人"給大家吧
