標題[方案] IE 打不開時以指令取得代用瀏覽器的方法

由於 PTT 是 BBS 站，與論壇的情況不同，許多人雖然 IE 已無法開啟任何網頁
但 BBS 功能依然正常。這裡介紹之前版主 TypeZero 嘗試引導版眾從命令提示字元
取得 Google Chrome 瀏覽器的方法，以便下載檢測軟體/上載檢測結果。
當然，平常就安裝
並更新兩種瀏覽器，會比臨時再來下載還要穩當。
先按開始 - 執行 - cmd.exe
會出現如下畫面，照範例鍵入綠色文字之後按 Enter

由於 PTT 是 BBS 站，與論壇的情況不同，許多人雖然 IE 已無法開啟任何網頁
但 BBS 功能依然正常。由於先前介紹以 FTP 指令取得 chrome 瀏覽器的方案
會受到義守大學停機影響，這裡另外介紹取得 Opera 瀏覽器的方法，以便下載
檢測軟體/上載檢測結果。
當然，平常就安裝
並更新兩種瀏覽器，會比臨時再來下載還要穩當。
