Milito Uninterested In Real Madrid Loan Move
10/23/2002. Independiente central defender Gabriel Milito and his agents
indicated on Wednesday night they were not willing to strike a loan deal
with Real Madrid and insisted for a permanent move to be sealed instead.
"We are not aware of any interest by Real Madrid or Betis", Milito's agents
added.
"We only heard from Barcelona, who enquired on the player some time ago.
Bayern and Marseille also made a move, but we could not find an agreement".
Real could clinch Milito's signature for a mere 8m.
