格拉斯哥流浪者客場6比0擊敗對手 第12分鐘 第59分鐘 第68分鐘 ----- Sunday, September 1, 2002 Full-time: Dunfermline v Rangers Soccernet.com Claudio Caniggia fired in a hat-trick as Rangers hit Dunfermline for six on their own patch. The Argentinian and his team-mates produced a breathtaking demolition of Jimmy Calderwood's side, whose defensive mishaps were almost comical at times. Fernando Ricksen, Barry Ferguson and Mikel Arteta were also on the scoresheet as Rangers humiliated their hapless opponents. With the money from the sale of Tore Andre Flo banked and destined to remain unspent, Caniggia and Co produced a convincing argument that it does not need to be. Flo might have marked his Sunderland debut with a goal against Manchester United on Saturday but the side he left behind does not appear to be lacking any firepower, although it will rarely come up against a defence as generous as Dunfermline's. It really could have been double figures and the home side's man of the match was the goalkeeper. Dunfermline gave a first start to summer signing Scott Wilson, who had opted to leave Rangers in the summer in search of more first-team opportunities. He was part of a three-man defensive unit that also featured a converted striker in Lee Bullen and it was clear from the off that the trio were little more than strangers. Andrius Skerla, the third man, was needed in the very first minute to bale out Bullen after his loss of possession had allowed Shota Arveladze to set up Ronald de Boer in the box. The Lithuanian was able to put in a saving tackle on that occasion but was only an amazed spectator when his defensive partners contrived to gift Rangers an 11th-minute lead. Ricksen's ball into the box was nothing special and both Wilson and Bullen had ample time to clear. But neither did so, with one leaving it for the other, and Caniggia, who had come into the side for the injured Peter Lovenkrands, gleefully latched on to the loose ball, rounded goalkeeper Marco Ruitenbeek and slotted into the empty net. Bullen messed up again almost straight after when he allowed de Boer to block an attempted clearance upfield. Arveladze immediately despatched the ball over Ruitenbeek and into the net but the strike was ruled out by an offside flag. Ruitenbeek was the main reason why his side went in at the break only three down. He pulled off a superb parrying save to deny Ricksen, who had fired in a shot with plenty of venom. But he could do nothing a minute later when Arteta notched his first Rangers goal in style. The Spaniard won a 50-50 challenge with Bullen just outside the area and steadied himself before curling the ball over the helpless goalkeeper. Another former Ranger, Barry Nicholson, was booked for hacking down Arteta as the home side's frustrations grew. Then Wilson gifted possession to Caniggia, who sent Arveladze off on a run that ended with Ruitenbeek making a fine tip around the post. The goalkeeper was needed again from the corner as Craig Moore powered a header goalward that needed another acrobatic stop. De Boer complained of an off-the-ball assault that went un-noticed by the officials and Ricksen also had words to say when he hit the deck after a shot had been blocked for a corner. The home fans booed him but his reply was the third goal, in the 41st minute, which had again followed an excellent Ruitenbeek save. Arveladze had got the better of Skerla to fire in a rising drive that Ruitenbeek tipped away for a corner. But that was cleared only as far as the Dutchman just outside the area and he lost no time in crashing the ball into the net. The home side's best moments had been far and few between in the first half but usually involved link-up play between Craig Brewster and Stevie Crawford. The former supplied the latter for an eighth-minute chance which saw Stefan Klos make a near-post save at the expense of a corner. It was to remain their closest to a breakthrough. Rangers continued to dominate after the restart with Arveladze soon forcing another block out of Ruitenbeek, this time with his legs from an acute angle. Ferguson twice saw pot-shots come to nothing but soon had his name on the scoresheet from the penalty spot. Wilson's debut nightmare continued when he brought Arveladze down for the spot- kick, which Ferguson had no trouble netting. And just a few minutes later he made a complete hash of clearing an Arteta free -kick into the box. That allowed Caniggia the simple task of netting number five, with the veteran gratefully accepting his second gift of the day. The Pars made two changes, sending on Gary Dempsey and Jason Dair, who was soon booked for a foul on Ricksen. The changes rallied the home side, who saw a Scott Thomson header save and Crawford fire over. But there was another close call at the other end when Moore got in behind Wilson to head an Arteta free-kick just wide after Ricksen had been fouled by Dair, who was booked. Rangers helped themselves to a sixth and Caniggia to the matchball when an Arteta corner again caused the home defence to wilt. Thomson's intervention prevented Bob Malcolm from getting on the end of the initial delivery but de Boer had only to nod the ball back at the back post for the Argentinian to lash home at point-blank range. A Moore header appeared to have hit a defender's arm in the box but for once the home side's luck was in and play continued. ---- 另人欣慰的消息^__^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.204.148
