溫格對於英超的新規定，禁止被外借的球員，在新球隊面對母隊時，可以上場
的規定，溫格認為，我為何要懲罰一個我借出去的球員？為何要阻止一個已經
可以常規性打先發的球員。他對於FA這條新規定感到驚訝。

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has revealed he is opposed
to the rule that will prevent David Bentley from playing
against them at the weekend.
Bentley, who is on loan for the season at Norwich, will
not figure at Carrow Road due to Premier League rules.
Wenger said: "Why should I punish a player whom I want to
give out on loan? And why should you stop a player who is
qualified to play regularly?
"It's extremely surprising that you can come to a decision
like that."

之前佩南特外借里茲，Volz外借Fulham，在兩隊對上兵工廠時，溫格都沒要求租
借的球隊不能派這兩人上場(如有誤請更正)。溫格大概認為(我猜的)，既然我會
借出這個球員，就是要他去磨練，既然我敢把他借出去，就是表示他還打不上先
發，但不限制他上場不是看不起這球員，只是他氣候未到。
