Norwich winger David Bentley has been forced to withdraw from the
England Under-21 squad for Tuesday's friendly international with the
Ukraine.
Bentley, on loan at Carrow Road from Arsenal for the season, suffered
a calf injury in Saturday's 1-1 home draw with Crystal Palace.
The 19-year-old had impressed on his two previous appearances for the
U-21s against Holland and Sweden.
U-21 coach Peter Taylor is unlikely to call up a replacement for Bentley.
