Gunner Svard moves to Guimaraes

Sebastian Svard has left Arsenal for Vitoria Guimaraes in Portugal after
failing to break into Arsene Wenger's first-team plans at Highbury.

The 22-year-old Danish defender made just two starts and four appearances
in total for the Gunners, having joined from FC Copenhagen in August 2000.

He spent half the 2003/04 season on loan at Stoke where he played 14 games.

Last season, after his final Arsenal outing as a substitute in the Community
Shield, he was loaned to Brondby.
