Paris Saint Germain are believed to have abandoned their
interest in Sylvain Wiltord due to the Arsenal attacker's wages.
Wiltord is out of contract at the end of the season and has yet
to concur on a fresh deal to stay at Highbury.
The France international has commented in the past he would be
keen to sign for PSG, with the club understood to have been weigh-
ing up an offer for the 29-year-old.

But according to reports in France, PSG have now shelved plans
to bring Wiltord to Parc des Princes during the summer.His wages
are believed to be the main stumbling block to any deal being ar-
ranged although club officials are also not keen on Wiltord's signing.
Instead, PSG have made Olivier Kapo their prime summer target
and want to ensure they have the funds to bring in the Auxerre ace.
Kapo has refuted reports that he has already agreed to join PSG
and the capital club will face stiff competition for his signature.
French rivals Monaco are also admirers of the forward while Valencia
and a string of Premiership clubs have been watching Kapo this term.
