我也這麼想，如果要花每週三萬鎊的薪水付給一個三年幾乎沒踢先發的球員，即使再世
界級，我也覺得不妥，我還是比較傾向把Beveren的Ne找來，年輕，有野心，也想用表現
贏得溫格青睞。(個人意見)
Wenger cools Petit rumours

Arsene Wenger has played down rumours that he will be re-signing Emmanuel
Petit.
The French midfielder helped Arsenal to the Double in 1998 and has been
training with the Club after being released by Chelsea.
But Wenger will not look to the 34-year-old to fill a gap in midfield while
while Edu and Gilberto nurse injuries and Patrick Vieira serves a two-match
suspension.
"I don’t think about signing him," said Wenger. "It is more about him
finding a club for one or two years, not a short-term contract. He has not
played for a long time. There are no guarantees he is fit. We help him with
his rehabilitation not to sign him.
"You never say no, but at the moment we are helping Petit to find a club on
the longer term, something he could never do with us."
