Clare works fulltime at the Arsenal Training Ground, performing a range
of duties that are essential to the effective running of the Ladies.

Her role spans arranging fixtures, venues and other logistics for the first
team, as well as dealing with girls in the Academy and Centre of Excellence.

After ten years playing for the Club, Clare retired in 2005 to concentrate
on off-pitch duties.

In what was a highly successful playing career with Arsenal,
the wing-back won five league titles, four FA Cups and five League Cups.
