John joined Arsenal from his position as Football Development Officer
for The Amateur Football Alliance (AFA)
where he played a key role in the organisation and smooth running
of the South East Girls Centre of Excellence U16 League and
coached the Regional Under 16 and Under 18 male sides.

John is a UEFA ‘A’ Licence coach and is also an FA Coach Educator and
an FA Generic Tutor Training Tutor.

His main responsibilities at Arsenal Ladies are heading up the operations of
the Arsenal Ladies Centre of Excellence (COE) and implementing the Technical
and Physical Programme for the COE.
