Helen made the short journey across London to join us at the start of 2009
from local rivals Watford, where she captained them in their last season.

Helen played for the Hornets since the age of nine and completed eight full
seasons at senior level with them.

Nicknamed ‘Helz’ she has proven herself to be a prolific goalscorer within
the Premier League and finished in the top three of the scoring charts
in 2007/08.

Having had a couple of experiences with England's under 23 squad,
Helen recently switched allegiances to that of her Maternal Grandparents
and has since made her full International debut for Wales
against Luxembourg in 2008.
