Laura joined the coaching staff at Arsenal this season having formerly played,
coached and most recently managed at Birmingham Ladies FC
over the last eight years.

After a serious injury prevented her from pursuing her playing career,
Laura turned to coaching, and has worked her way through her coaching badges
and gained the FA’s ‘A’ Licence in 2006.
Also that year Laura took over as manager of Birmingham City Ladies.

At Arsenal Laura assists Vic Akers in coaching the first team,
while also running the reserve team.
In addition, she has also assisted coaching the England Under-17 squad
for the last two years.
