Marcus joined the Club in the summer, working with the first team on a
part-time basis.

He has a wealth of knowledge to impart, both as a coach and a player.
A vastly experienced right-back, Marcus is currently on the books of League One
side Millwall – and is close to his 400th appearance in a career that,
notably, has seen him play 193 times in two spells at QPR.

A stint in charge of Birmingham City Ladies stands him in good stead for
working with the Gunners.

With the Blues, he established a reputation for developing talented young
players – and worked with current Gunners Alex Scott, Karen Carney and
Rachel Yankey.
