ArsenalArsene Wenger has revealed that he will not feel content
as a manager until he has guided Arsenal to European glory.
Despite setting English football alight with their imperious
football, Arsenal have continually floundered on the European
scene in a situation Wenger is keen to rectify.
The Gunners begin their UEFA Champions League campaign next week
against PSV Eindhoven and the Frenchman is demanding success this
term.
''Every part of my body wants to win the Champions League,''
said Wenger. ''Yes, you can say I won't be fulfilled until I
achieve just that. I desire it.
''We have been getting closer every year since I have been here.
''I would like to think we have already achieved some kind of
greatness, but at the same time we hear what they are saying.
''A great club must win great things. I love having our record.
I would love even more to win the Champions League.''
