BERGKAMP SET FOR GUNNERS RETURN - AGENT

Absent Arsenal striker Dennis Bergkamp is set to return to the club later this
week, according to his agent.
The former Dutch international has been wrangling over an improved contract
after the Gunners reportedly wanted him to take a pay cut.
However, it appears the two parties have found some common ground and the 34-
year-old Bergkamp, who has remained in Holland instead of returning to pre-
season training, will be back in north London later this week.
"I have a feeling we will solve this within 48 hours," agent Rob Jansen told
the Daily Star.
"Hopefully the outcome will be that Dennis returns on Thursday."
