Lauren set for new deal
Arsenal defender Lauren is expected to sign a new contract with the Gunners.
The 27-year-old Cameroon international, a regular in Arsene Wenger's team,
joined the club in May 2000 for GBP 7.2m from Real Mallorca.
I am happy here and I would like to stay as long as possible," Lauren told
the club's official website.
"I have some time left on my contract and we will have to wait and see.
But I would like to stay at the club as long as possible."
