Wenger confirms Gilberto absence

Arsene Wenger has confirmed that Gilberto will be out for
two more months.
The Brazilian has been sidelined since September 18 with a
fracture to one of his vertebrae. Reports from doctors in
his homeland suggested he was healing but would be sidelined
until April. That was confirmed when Club doctors performed
their own scans yesterday.
"The news is that he is improving but slowly," said Wenger.
"But we have to live with the fact that he will not be with
us over the next two months."
