ArsenalArsenal starlet Sebastian Larsson has expressed his surprise
at his inclusion in the squad for the recent UEFA Champions League
clash with Panathinaikos.
The 19-year-old has been a regular for the reserves this season, but
was promoted for Wednesday's 2-2 draw in Greece
"I have played all the matches for the reserves and it has gone really
well. But I had not expected to get to sit on the bench in the
Champions League - it came as a surprise," he admitted to Sportbladet.
The midfielder, who was moved from the Arsenal youth team to the reserves
at the start of the season, described one benefit of making such a step.
"The big advantage is that you get to train with the A side," he said.
"I feel that I have developed the most this season."
