ArsenalArsenal starlet Francesc Fabregas has been rewarded with
a new long-term deal at Highbury.
The 17-year-old has burst onto the scene this season, seamlessly
filling the void by Patrick Vieira's absence through injury.
The young Spaniard, who is the club's youngest ever scorer, has
established himself as one of the hottest properties in Europe
with a number of maturing performances for The Gunners.
The former Barcelona ace is delighted to secure his future at
The Premiership champions.
"I'm delighted to be pledging my long-term future to Arsenal,"
Cesc told the club's official website.
"My first year here has been like a dream, I never thought I
would have the opportunity to play in the first team so early on.
"But I've worked hard and will continue to do so, learning from
the best players around - I'm very excited about my future here."
