海南A346與英航777在非洲安哥拉首都機場碰撞
海南航空A340-600在機場滑行時, 機翼碰撞到英航 777 客機
結果就是兩架客機都必須掛在這安哥拉首都多日.

The entangled wings
A British Airways Boeing 777-200, registration G-RAES performing the weekly
flight BA-77 (dep Jun 26th) from London Heathrow,EN (UK) to Luanda (Angola),
had arrived at Luanda without incident and was parked at the apron for a 12
hour period until scheduled departure. Passengers had disembarked.
A Hainan Airlines Airbus A340-600, registration B-6510 performing flight
HU-7923 from Dubai (United Arab Emirates) to Luanda (complete flight
itinerary departing Beijing on Jun 26th to Luanda via Dubai), was taxiing on
the apron towards the stand, when the wing of the Airbus hit the wing of the
Boeing.
Locals initially reported, that one of the wings of the British Airways
Boeing 777 hung significantly down following the collision. Later more
detailed information says, that the Airbus lost its right winglet and the
Boeing lost part of the left outboard aileron.
British Airways confirmed, that their airplane was hit on its wing by an
aircraft arriving from China, but did not comment on the extent of the
damage. As result of the collision the flight back to London (BA-76) had to
be cancelled, all 204 passengers waiting had to be rebooked onto other
flights including onto flights to Johannesburg (South Africa) and return to
Heathrow from there. British Airways apologizes, that due to the once per
week flight it will take a while until all passengers will arrive in London.
The Hainan Airlines Airbus A340 is also still on the ground in Luanda. The
return flight HU-7924 to Beijing via Dubai had to be cancelled.
