應該要回：
Dear Dr. xxx,
I am very glad to receive your email for the possible admission
of the MS program. Since I would support myself for the first
year, I am very interested and could actually take in consideration
of your future admission.
Please let me know if your graduate school agrees
to give me the admission, the information about other kind
of funding available, and the specific deadline to accept or
decline the future admission.
If there is other kind of funidng such as RA/TA in a certain
professor's lab, I would appreciate your help to let me know.
And I would try to find it at the same time.
